I’m unable to find any Whizzes for the services I needed help on. Am I doing something wrong?

If you select “Whizz Travels to me”, then there needs to be at least someone within an acceptable radius of your location who has registered as a Whizz. Generally, the default radius is 10 miles for in-house service.
