The goal of the CSM is to take our end users from passive users to fully engaged users as quickly and efficiently as possible. This role is office based and includes responsibilities for speaking to users on the jobs posted by them on our app, and guiding them to close those efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Optimize each customer’s experience with the product, and facilitate company growth by driving engagement within the application.
  • Teamwork with the Partner Team in assigning Service Providers to ‘Open Jobs’.
  • Feedback to Product teams on app features and bugs reported by customers
